Viland Coffee & Beignets

My new favorite cafe in Westminster! Ordered the drink online ahead of time and was able to pick it up right away inside the cafe once I arrived. Did have to wait in line for pastries but it wasn’t too long (about 20 minutes) on 7/4. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. I got the matcha with soy pudding (tofu pudding) with no sugar and it tasted amazing! I grew up in Taiwan and have had a lot of soy pudding, this place has really good tasting soy pudding and the matcha was ceremonial grade, tasted great! The beignets were freshly made and were so fluffy and chewy at the same time, made even better with the cream dip. I also loved the avocado cream-filled croissant, flaky on the outside and flavorful (but not too sweet) filling on the inside. The chicken croissant sandwich was also really tasty and only $6! Can’t wait to come back and try their coffee drinks and other menu items!

First time here, and I had to order the young coconut blended coffee when I saw it on the menu, as I've been looking for a place in the US that has it like they did in Vietnam when I ordered from Cong Caphe. I'm from NYC so I haven't found it there, but this one definitely was spot on and brought me back to Vietnam memories right away! The almond croissant was also really good, with flaky layers and sweet soft almond paste in the middle, so good! The staff was super friendly too, I asked for another shot of coffee after drinking half of it, and it was only $1 extra. Will come back! Thanks.

Located next door to THH. They have a variety of drinks and small bites. Their pastries, bread, and meats are high quality as they are part of Yummy Bakery & Pho family. Their drinks are on the bitter side. I prefer a bit of sweet and nutty. I would come back to try their ceremonial grade matcha. We ordered: Pandan coffee - I always like to sip the coffee before mixing. Boy, their coffee is extremely bitter. After mixing with the pandan, it wasn’t sweet. It was a weird pandan flavor. My fiancé likes it bitter like this. I prefer a bit of sweetness. So each their own. Avocado coffee blend - I actually didn’t like this fully blended. Once it melted and stirred, I loved the consistency. Deep rich and creamy with mainly real avocado. The coffee is bitter so mixed with the avocado was not sweet but strong. Pork croissant - jumbo croissant with grilled bbq meat just like a bánh mì. So much flavor and so good! Avocado croissant - It was kept cold and hard but once it reached room temperature, it tastes so yummy! The avocado cream was not sweet, it was rich in flavor just like the drink. Pate chaud (not photographed) - omg camera did not eat first this time. I did! Loved the meat to pastry ratio and the unique umami flavor.

Good place. seat down and chill .drink is good love the Matcha with coconut 10/10. The bread is good on the pictures. Getting more hot bread with powder sugar to go lol. Still amazing great place with family on Sunday. The place is clean the music is great great date place.

It a new Vietnamese cafe with very good dessert drinks and fried dough and cakes. Coffee that I tried is similar to taste and quality of Phin Smith cafe im town. Also they serve quite good beignets. There are not much seating space here so it’s not great as a sit down and talk cafe.

This spot was absolutely adorable! The pastries all looked incredible. I genuinely wanted to try one of everything. I ended up ordering the beignets, the beef croissant sandwich, the young coconut matcha drink, and the flan. The beignets were good, though I wish I had added the cream sauce for a little more flavor. The beef croissant? Next level. The orange sauce inside gave it this perfect, unexpected kick. The young coconut matcha drink was so refreshing. I’d come back just for that alone. I also tried the flan, and it was okay, smooth and sweet, but nothing to rave about. It’s definitely a trendy spot right now, so it was pretty packed when we went. With my baby stroller, it was a bit tricky to move around. It’s kid-friendly, but maybe not baby-friendly in terms of space. Still, I’ll absolutely be back, especially for that drink. Totally worth it.

ViLand Coffee – Trendy, Friendly, and Worth the Hype Stopped by ViLand and was honestly impressed. The service was fast, the staff was super friendly, and the energy in the place was great — definitely a popular hangout spot. I tried the Coconut Matcha Latte and it was delicious — creamy, not too sweet, and really refreshing. Despite how busy it was, I got my drink quickly, and the whole experience felt smooth and upbeat. The place was pretty crowded, which made it feel lively — definitely a good spot to chill, people-watch, or just vibe with a solid drink.
